An online receipt or packing slip dated within 30 days is required for all returns.
Please note that We will accept returns only after a return merchandise authorization has been obtained by email.
(Unauthorized returns will not be Refunded.)
Please package well in proper shipping as not to damage in shipping.
(If Package is not packed well it will not be accepted.)

Items must be in new & saleable condition, unused in original packaging, undamaged.
Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded when returning items.
All items must be returned only via Signature Required Freight Service & Insured via UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.
Some items cannot be returned if opened.
( All rugs are approximate sizes & colors may vary to monitor settings. We cannot take an item back due to size or color variance.)
